Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options possible. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers ensuring that we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you!

Please note that at this stage, we are shipping only to USA and Canada. 

The time-frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Order Processing time:  All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. Our value comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet. The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee. So the coffee orders take 1-2 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them.

• Shipping Time: All orders are shipped by by USPS, which is a US Postal Service. We do not provide Expedited shipping.
• USA Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination within US. US orders are shipped by USPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between a couple of business days to arrive at their destination depending on the customer location via standard ground shipping by USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped. On an average, USA customers can get their orders delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of their order.

• International Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to international destinations. All international orders outside USA are subject to international USPS rates and are shipped by USPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse delivery of items usually takes about 7-9 business days to arrive at their destination. Sometimes it can take longer sometimes depending on the customer location. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped.
